The difference is that it\u2019s vegan, dairy-free, cholesterol-free, and requires no cooking. So you\u2019re saving fossil fuels too!<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nThe nuts have plenty of protein, you\u2019re getting a blast of vitamin C, and the bed of greens has phyto-nutrients, chlorophyll and calcium.<\/p>\n<p>Be sure to buy organic ingredients, or at least try to buy from local farmers.<\/p>\n<p>See video excerpts of \u201cGreen Recipes for Health &#038; Weight-Loss\u201d at Raw Food DVDs<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNirvana Nut Loaf\u201d<\/p>\n<p>1 C Almonds (pre-soaked 48 hrs. in refrigerator) and peeled, or substitute walnuts (soak 2 hrs. and rinse)<br \/>\n1\/4 C dried (and soaked overnight) cranberries and their 1\/2 C of soak water<br \/>\n(You may substitute goji berries or raisins)<br \/>\n3\/4 C diced celery<br \/>\n1\/8 C finely chopped red onion<br \/>\n1\/4 C halved grapes<br \/>\n1\/4 C chopped cilantro and\/or parsely<br \/>\n2 T curry powder<br \/>\npinch cayenne pepper &#038; Celtic sea salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>Plating:<br \/>\n1 small package \u201cSpring Mix\u201d lettuce<br \/>\nHandful of cherry tomatoes<br \/>\n1\/2 C Alfalfa or broccoli sprouts<br \/>\n1\/2 orange<\/p>\n<p>Pulse soaked nuts &#038; softened cranberries with their soak water in food processor using the \u201cS\u201d blade until nuts are minced. This will also create a substitute for mayonnaise.<\/p>\n<p>Mix with other ingredients &#038; season to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Press into a mold &#038; turn out on a bed of Micro-greens, Spring Mix, or lettuce.Garnish platter with alfalfa or broccoli sprouts; cherry tomatoes or grapes <a href=\"https:\/\/buycbdproducts.com\/\">https:\/\/buycbdproducts.com<\/a> squeeze 1\/2 orange over top to brighten.
